I've always thought that short naps were kinda pointless, you rest up a bit and you get back to work, it's like recharging a battery for your cellphone, or your laptop, if you let it charge a little, it will only give you a few minutes to spare. But for the past month or so, I've come to realize that.... short naps ARE indeed badass!
I've had lots of troubles trying to stay awake at work, I've tried washing my face, walking around and stretching, and also coffee. But none of them seem to work as well as a 30 minute short nap before working hours and during lunch hours. Of course you wouldn't want to take a short nap during working hours, so you'll have to resort to before working hours (which is before 9a.m for me) and lunch hours (1p.m).
So to those of you who tend to doze off during working hours, I suggest you to try this method, take a short 10-30 minutes nap before working hours or lunch time. It really helps! Unless, you wanted to doze off and you love sleeping at work hahahaha~

Actually short naps are indeed powerful if you know how to nap xDD Like, you shouldn't nap over or under a certain period of time, only then will you not feel sleepy xDD
